Q: Will I be contacted regarding my free Yellow Pages® listing?

A: Once you have submitted the form, a representative from Yellow Pages® will contact you within 5 business days to confirm your listing details.

Q: Where will my free Yellow Pages® business listing appear?

A: After you have been contacted by a Yellow Pages® representative, your free listing will be uploaded onto the Yellow Pages® Network where your business details can be searched across the Book, Online and Mobile as well as search engines, voice and mobile services and mapping sites.

Q: How can I change my existing listing with Yellow Pages®?

A: In order to make any changes to your current advertising with Yellow Pages® our Customer Centre is required to verify that you are the authorised person to make changes to the particular account. Simply call 1800 461 582 for further assistance.

Q: Do I need to be a registered business to advertise in the Yellow Pages®?

A: Yes. Yellow Pages® directories connect buyers with sellers and all advertisers within the Yellow Pages® Network are required to be a registered business.

Q: I want to do a search on yellowpages.com.au

A: The Yellow Pages® Advertiser site is a site dedicated for our Yellow Pages® Advertisers and we do not currently provide a search on yellowpages.com.au.  To do a search on yellowpages.com.au you need to click through to Yellow Pages® Online
